1.1. Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, full name, and account credentials (User ID).
- Business Information: We collect information such as business name, address, phone number, social media links (Instagram, etc.), Wi-Fi password for the business profile you create within the application.
- User Content: We store category names, product names, descriptions, prices, and images you upload to your menus.
- Communication: Message content and contact information you provide when you contact us.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language preferences.
- Usage Data: Your interactions within the application, pages viewed, and frequency of feature usage.
- Location Information: We may process general location data only with your explicit consent and when necessary (e.g., to verify business address on map).
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and personalize our services (e.g., creating your QR menu).
- To manage your account and verify your identity.
- To provide AI-powered translation services (translating your menu content into selected languages).
- To manage your subscription transactions (Pro membership, etc.).
- To troubleshoot technical issues with our services and inform you about updates.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our services:
- Firebase (Google): Used for authentication (Auth), database (Firestore), file storage (Storage), and analytics (Analytics/Crashlytics) services.
- RevenueCat: Used to provide in-app purchase and subscription management. Payment information is processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store); we do not see or store full credit card numbers.
- AI Services (Google Gemini / OpenAI): Your menu content may be sent to third-party AI providers (anonymized) for automatic translation and content suggestion features.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account and data for as long as you use the service. You can delete your account at any time from the Account Settings section within the app. When you delete your account, all your business profiles, menus, and personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are posted on this page. We may notify you via in-app notifications for significant changes.
