Welcome to Menucarta ("App"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our application and services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Service
- Account: You may need to create an account to use the App. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials (email and password).
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the App for illegal purposes. You may not share content that is harmful, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
2. User Content
- Ownership: The menu content, images, and information you upload to the App ("User Content") belong to you.
- License: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content to provide our services (e.g., displaying to your customers via QR code).
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
3. AI Features
The App may use AI technologies (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI) for menu translation and content creation.
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of content generated by AI (especially translations).
- It is the user's responsibility to review automatic translations before publishing.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features in our App may require a paid subscription ("Pro Version").
- Payment Processor: Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat infrastructure.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the respective app store settings (App Store/Play Store). Cancellation will take effect from the next billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store (Apple or Google) and must be made through them.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The design, code, logos, and other intellectual property rights of the App belong to Menucarta. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from data loss or business interruption.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective when posted in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
